By using KidsCanvas Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

KidsCanvas Studio is intended for parents or legal guardians.

You are responsible for ensuring that any child data you provide is submitted lawfully and with proper authority.

3. Our Services

KidsCanvas Studio allows users to create personalized digital stories, images, audiobooks, and related products.

Some products or features may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued over time.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and profile information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Review generated outputs before use or sharing

5. Generated Content

KidsCanvas Studio uses automated systems and AI-supported services to generate outputs.

Generated content may vary and may require user review before use.

6. Payments and Orders

Digital books include a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If a paid digital book does not suit you for any reason, email admin@kidscanvas.studio within 14 days after the completed book is made available. You may choose a free remake with the same or updated details, or a full refund. No explanation is required.

This 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to printed books or annual subscriptions. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For the €90 annual child subscription (12 monthly stories), email admin@kidscanvas.studio to cancel and request a refund. We refund €7.50 for each monthly story not yet delivered when we receive your request. A delivered story counts as used even if unread.

Physical orders require complete and accurate delivery information.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
